Absolutely love the quality of the images both indoors and outdoors. The wide angle provides excellent coverage. Set up was not that easy for me but customer service was very friendly and helpful with both the base unit and app viewing. I switched to this system primarily because you do not have to have a paid service for viewing and storage. The price of the system was about what one year of service cost for my old system that was not nearly as good. A big plus is the wireless connection the cameras only need a power source no hardwire to the base. The base unit plugs into the wall and a tv WiFi connection to internet or a wired connection if you choose. So far it’s working great. The two was talk is nice for delivery as well as checking in with those at home.

These camera systems are absolutely great. This is my 3rd system from Hiseeu! The first was for my home. I had it several years with no issues. I wanted to upgrade with a larger NVR and more cameras. I did not even research other brands since this was so good. I replaced it with a newer system from Hiseeu. I also have a system at my shop/office for recording. Both are viewable in the same app. I’ve added various cameras with the PTZ option. I recommend these systems to anyone that asks. Easy setup and easy customer service. I did have to contact customer support when I was adding one my additional cameras. They walked me through my issue quickly. I did have one camera go bad and they replaced it promptly. One bad camera from 3 different systems and a total of 16 cameras isn’t bad at all.

Cameras work well, can be a little difficult to get connected but once set up it was exactly what we needed.

I installed 8 indoor cameras and 2 outdoor cameras for my commercial gym. I was able to get all of them installed in a single afternoon. The cameras are very high quality, provide a great video feed, and they are extremely easy to setup. The software is intuitive and well designed. I am extremely happy with my purchase and will recommend these cameras to anyone looking for a great setup for their home or business.

This is a Great Product, exactly as described: Color: 8 5MP Cameras, 3T HDD, 2 Way Audio and very easy to install. First off, setting up the NVR was quick and straightforward, just plug it in. Then follow the on-screen instructions, and you are good to go. The included cameras were already paired to the recorder. The interface is easy to navigate, making it simple to review footage and to tweak all of the settings.
