A huge improvement!
It's fast, and works great. More or less seamless transition from my old PC. It's superlight and superthin. I *love* it! My only complaint is that I can't uninstall McAfee, or even stop its continual processing using the control panel.

Nice Laptop
I got this laptop to replace an old failing machine. The OLED screen is great. Nice color and great contrast. This is a thin and lightweight machine that boots and runs faster than my old machine ever did. Even though the screen is very thin, it doesn't seem flimsy to me. I'm happy with the performance. The Avast AV that comes installed works well, I'm sure, but I'm put off by the constant prodding to pay for an upgrade to premium. I can't fault Avast for that as it seems to be the industry trend to up-sell us for virtually everything.I got this machine in white as it was offered at a great price. It looks great but my only complaint is that backlighting the keys when it's dark in my room works ok but the keys are hard to see if the room gets even low light (white on white). The keys backlight is easy enough to toggle on/off. That said, I would prefer black keys. The version I got has 16GB of DRAM and it runs about 70%. I don't run games or memory hog apps, mainly just a browser with several open tabs. I understand the memory can be upgraded but not something I can do myself. In my old HP laptop, I could open the cover (without tools!) and change the battery, drive, memory, plus clean out dust. It seems most new laptops are not upgradeable. Oh well...

Quality laptop, super light, productivity monster. Couple quirks.
Baller laptop, super light, productivity monster.I'm going to list out my thoughts on this in a list.• Super light, it's lighter than my MacBook Pro 14 inch.• The lightness though makes it feel like I'm going to bend it. It's made of magnesium alloy, which is great for wheels, but when it's soooo thin, it feels like I'm going to bend it if I close the screen anywhere else than the center.• It kinda feels like plastic, but I know it's not.• Keyboard is WONDERFUL. The keys have a nice crisp downstroke and upstroke to them. Love having a full numpad and there's even a calculator button.• The power button is a dome switch. Very satisfying.• It was weird feeling to have a physical button to press on the trackpad.• Speaking of the trackpad, it's nice and smooth, feels like glass.• Smudge magnet. But the keys didn't seem to get glossy at all.• Get's a little warm on the bottom, but the top is nice and cool.• Can charge from either USB port.• The 2TB comes in 2 separate drives, like what? It's not just 2 partitions either, it's two separate Samsung drives.• Resolutions is 2560x1600 at 144hz on a beautiful screen. Like it's lovely, and it's matte too. I love matte screens.• Shame that this one doesn't have a discrete GPU to take advantage of the 60+ FPS.• That doesn't matter though since I can just stream with Game Pass.• BLOATWARE galore. There is the usual windows bloatware, but also there's McAfee on it too, instant uninstall.• MORE BLOATWARE. There's a whole suite of LG programs in there, some neat, but all mostly bloatware.• On device AI named Gram, in addition to Copilot, it's alright, but I'm already committed to a different AI. The AI though can control aspects of your laptop like power and display stuff, but it's really more like a chat based shortcut thing.• On boot, there was an extra 30 minutes or so of updating Windows, so the magic of just starting up was lost.• Also on first boot, you get to hear the MAX fan speed, which is LOUD, but during use I never heard it again.• Fans are super quiet, but it's nice to know that the power of rapid cooling is there when I need it.• Power brick is tiny, like a phone charger.• The sound on this is pretty nice, but with such a thin chassis, it kinda rattles at certain frequencies, like a door panel on a car with too much bass.• But, it has a headphone jack.• Battery life is loooong. Tutting around uninstall and installing for a couple hours It barely got down to 90%• I didn't feel any slowdown at all while searching and installing with tons of tabs open. I can definitely tell it's a beefy processor and 32 gigs of ram is way more than enough. That's all I have off the top of my head. Overall this is a great computer, the huge screen and speedy specs in addition to the luxurious build quality, make this a great choice for a high-end Windows laptop.

There may be a glitch in some laptops when downloading apps and other items
Laptop froze on me a few times. As I was deleting all information it froze again as it was restarting. Not happy with such an expensive item. Did like the light weight aspect though. The box also came damage with no interior packing. I did a much better job returning laptop.

Amazing for school work/productivity/entertainment and still decent at gaming!
I got this laptop mainly for doing my college work. I absolutely love how light weight and thin this thing is. After getting it started up and updating everything on it and getting rid of the usual bloatware, I am really impressed at the speed at which it handles all of my tasks. I normally have multiple windows open at a time while researching something and writing a paper as well as musing playing in the background. I'll take breaks and leave everything open while watching videos and so far, nothing school or production related that I've thrown at it seems to throttle it in any way. The display is bright and vibrant and I was even mildly impressed with the quality of the sound that is produced from the on board speakers. However, I normally have a headset on when watching a video or playing games. I'm able to play all of my graphics intensive games but at reduced settings and it still handles them well and looks fine. The battery life is fairly impressive as well for something so thin and light weight. The touchpad is very smooth and responsive and there are 2 USB ports on the right side for connecting a mouse and external keyboard if you so desire. I have a hub set up on my desk for when I want to use it there and can just unplug one cable to take it with me on the road or just sitting out on the back deck. The 2TB of SSD gives me plenty of storage on board and the 32GB of RAM keeps everything flowing smoothly. I've been using this now for a couple of months and I have no complaints so far.
