great taste for the price

Wonderful bacon. Cooked in the oven on a baking sheet on parchment paper. In my oven, starting from COLD, put bacon in the oven, about 23 minutes at 400f. No flipping, no splatter on the stove top. Easy to enjoy when it's a snap to clean up and you get perfect bacon.

The thickness is perfect: not too thin and not too thickThe Applewood smoke is perfect: not too sweet like some maple bacons and not too harsh like some hickory bacon.The fat to meat ratio is perfect: you end with a decent sized strip of bacon! it doesnt shrink into oblivion.The saltiness is perfect: so many bacons these days are just way too salty. These are perfect.All four of my adult children are in agreement.

Cooks well

Upon opening the bacon and carefully removing slices I found that it was impossible to get complete slices to cook. Frustrating to continually flipping so many small pieces of meat…bacon itself is tasty but reordering is doubtful due to perhaps quality control~

Nice and thick.

So disappointing to expect to recieve "thick" bacon and find in reality that it's actually so thin most slices pull off each other & into multiple smaller pieces.
