Did not work for me. Perhaps because I am peri menopause. 45 yrs old. Not in menopause yet. I had not experienced hot flashes, but taking these I actually started with hot flashes at night. Also my sleep got very disrupted. And I started to gain weight. Amd got horrible morning headaches.

Hello everyone. I have found that this product has worked 100% for me. The first few day it did affect my stomach a bit so, I took one a day and found that I got used to it. Later on, I found that I have to take it on an empty stomach for it not to bother me. Now, I take 1 in the morning before eating anything and 1 at night, after 3-4 hours after dinner and right before bed. It has all the ingredients I was searching for due to the my personal research of the them. I must say, I feel more energized, I can concentrate better, my hot flashes are gone, I sleep even better than I normaly do, and I concentrate better since I am also finishing a university degree. I highly recommend this product but, you have to adjust to it slowly for you body to get used to it. I will keep ordering it since I am almost out. NICE WORK, GUYS!

Yall they actually work, im 48 and “peri”! If taken everyday I have had zero night sweats!!!! It took only a day or two to see result on sweating. Praise the lord something that works!!!!! Also I was on bc to try to help my hormones. After a few weeks of these I stopped my bc and seem to be doing amazing! I’m ordering more! Can’t run out!
