Since I owned my previous AquaTru water purifier for about 15 years, I am totally aware of the value of this product and hope this once lasts just as long as the previous one. I received this in great condition and was not disappointed. I couldn't wait to install it and get started getting it going since it was a couple days since my previous unit broke. This is one of the best and convenient countertop units out there. Highly recommend this to everyone. Can't say enough about it.

I’ve had other counter water purifiers, but this is the first reverse osmosis. I was particularly looking for one that could filter out PFAS and was certified.The purified water tastes great. It’s both easy to purify and easy to clean. I wash both pitchers once per week by hand as recommended, and it’s good to go. Each purified pitcher of water made is about 2 quarts and it only takes about 5 minutes per batch. I make several per day. It also very quiet,I was initially disappointed that Aqua Tru didn’t make a glass pitcher on the Classic model, but the plastic is BPA free. I pour the water into large glass pitchers right after purifying.

DOA. First use: Water gushes out the bottom. No leaks at filters, nor at reservoirs but out of the bottom where there is obviously something busted or loose inside. Junk at so great a cost. It’s the filters that cost so much and the unit is flimsy plastic. Buyer beware.

I bought the AquaTru because my 7 month old daughter now drinks formula and I don’t want her to have plastic bottled water. Once I became a mom I became more aware of the things we use and put in our bodies, now we all have pure and clean water for me and my family. I noticed a difference in my skin as well I have less redness in the few days that I have been using it . It’s really easy to setup which I liked, I have a bunch of gadgets for my baby that require a lot of setup but this was easy which is great as a new mom I don’t have the time to sit and read instructions in full. Highly recommend If you want a good water purifier !

Works great and looks nice on the counter. Does not take a lot of room. We have three people in our family that drink the water. That requires the reservoir to be refilled on average one and a half times a day. If we were a family of five, I would definitely look at getting a bigger unit that would hold more water in the reservoir. It’s easy to fill, but it’s just another chore so would not want to have to do it 3 times a day. We fill our teapot and Keurig with water filtered from another filtering pitcher.

This is my second RO. I love it. It has much less waste water than my first machine. It's easy, has a pour spout for individual glasses of water. I highly recommend this, it's worth the extra few bucks!
