No. It can play but has no ability to record video or take any pictures.

You have to connect it to a computer and custom make a folder in the .MUSIC file

Does this mp3 player come with a clip?

No it sure doesn't come with a clip but is small and I haven't look for cases for it so if they sell any that would work they might have a clip.
