I'm sorry, but this isn't a question per se. are you needing to know how to charge item?, how to plug it into computer?, how to load things on to item from computer?

No. It can play but has no ability to record video or take any pictures.

how do you make a playlist on it

You have to connect it to a computer and custom make a folder in the .MUSIC file

Does this mp3 player come with a clip?

No it sure doesn't come with a clip but is small and I haven't look for cases for it so if they sell any that would work they might have a clip.
