Item as described. Works well. Does what it was made for - to keep my boots upright and retain their shape . Not as high/tall as my boots, so I won't be able to hang them up - but I have not hung them up in the past, so this is a non-issue for me. I've used a similar product before and these look well made. Will certainly help with closet organization.

Bought my first pair over ten years ago. Just purchased a 3rd set. These things never disappoint. Made in the USA, great quality and functionality. Keeps my tall boots looking new. Has withstood the test of time.

These boot shapers are wonderful.These boot shapers do exactly what they say they do. They take the sag out of the ankle of my boots. They put pressure on the sides of the boots, so there is no bending or folding over of the top of my boots, even for my 15" tall boots. They are well made, sturdy shafts and a good metal coil in the middle. I expect to use them for many years to come. They are great for maintaining the appearance of each pair. I chose the black boot shapers. I will buy more boot shapers as I purchase more boots. I definitely recommend these to others to keep their boots looking good!!!

If you are looking for inexpensive support for tall boots , this product is great , however they do it say inside of the boots , when trying to use the hang up option

I like the product. They work great but I had to get a replacement for my first pair because the metal had snapped. The second pair I received had a crack in the wood so I ended up using one from each set. I imagine this will be a frequently returned product given my experience. They did replace the product very quickly so I still would buy them again if I needed a second pair.
