I'd been taking One-A-Day Essentials for a couple of years because it's the only multivitamin I could readily find that wasn't huge. It became more and more difficult to find, so I found this alternative on Amazon that compares itself to the Essentials vitamin. It's cheaper and much easier to find. It's almost identical in shape. The coating isn't as palatable, but not unpleasant. As far as nutrition content, who knows?

I found this product after Bayer discontinued their One A Day Essential vitamins. I wanted a multi-vitamin without iron and really liked the One A Day Essential product. After speaking with the Bayer rep, who suggested I try One A Day's gummies, I decided to look elsewhere. I am so glad I found these! I compared the supplemental facts of both, and they are the same. I love these small pills because they give me a high enough iron count to donate blood. Before finding these vitamins with iron, I was frequently turned down because my iron wasn't high enough to donate. Now, I am always able to donate blood.

I used to take One-a-Day basic vitamins. Then they stopped making this basic vitamin. I recently found this Mason vitamin. It's easy to take. It gives me the piece of mind that my basic vitamin needs are being met, just like Mom told me to do!
