This is very good for making matzo balls for soup. The texture is good especially since it is gluten free. Would recommend for those who are gluten free

I use this for latkes. My daughter has celiac and it’s hard to find. Being able to order this makes the holidays easier.

From the moment we tasted the gluten free matzo meal, we immediately noticed a distinct and disgusting taste that is not like the Manischewitz matzo meals that we have had in the past (though they were not gluten free). Besides, even if it is/is not gluten free, I don't think that the food should be THAT different to the point where you start thinking whether it was expired or not. We also smelled the inside of the container and we were horribly greeted with a pungeant smell that makes you want to throw it in the trash. We also noticed a Sharpie mark on the barcode as seen on the picture where it looks like it has been tampered.
