Need less than 10 psi for "smith little torch." will these regulators work?

This oxygen regulator is not very readable at low psi setting; mostly just guessing. I replaced the oxygen regulator with Victor model G150-60-540 from Cyberweld.

What series is this? I need to purchase rosebud

This is Performer Series 2.0, I believe the series only relates to the regulators though. I've used the rosebud this kit comes with to heat 1/2" plate and it worked well.
