Quality and price was spot on

As a mom trying to squeeze in workouts at home (usually with kids climbing all over me), this Kit has been such a great find! I wanted something that would help me get a full-body workout without needing bulky equipment and this kit delivers.It comes with everything I need: a Pilates ring, booty bands, a yoga ball, figure 8 resistance band, and stretch bands. I love that it all fits in a small space and is easy to pull out during nap time or while my kids are doing puzzles on the floor nearby. The Pilates ring is surprisingly effective, just a few reps and I really feel it in my thighs and core. The booty bands are great for glutes, and I use the yoga ball for ab exercises and even to stretch out after a long day.The quality is solid, especially for the price, and the pink color is super cute, it adds a little joy to my workout routine. I also appreciate that it’s not overwhelming. I don’t have to think about what to use or how, it’s simple, effective, and just right for a quick, efficient home workout.If you're a fellow mom trying to take care of yourself in between snacks, spills, and school drop-offs, this kit is totally worth it. It makes working out at home feel doable—even fun!

Poorly made and had a weird smell.

This is a great starter kit, but the build quality isn't that great. I noticed that the durability is kind of lacking with the figure 8 strap and the resistance band included. The ball is of basic quality and includes a straw to blow it up. A strap is included, but I'm not really sure what it's for, considering it doesn't have anything to help you with stretching or anything to hold a mat. I do agree that it's definitely a great workout value because you can do a lot of things with it, but I don't see it being a long-term solution compared to buying these things individually. What I did like about it was the Pilates ring that was included because it is of good quality, and I also liked the leg resistance bands because those actually work really well. The stitching on them is done really well, and they stay in place when you're doing leg exercises. Comfort is definitely there with the resistance bands for your legs, but with the other resistance bands, it's not.
