Do they stick to each other

Yes but with a caveat. They are polarized so you have to flip them in the right direction. Also, they don't attract squarely. They over hang just a tad even when you find the strongest attraction.

Do these magnets have matching polars so they will go together? Trying to use them to bring 2 pieces of vinyl together to close.

I dont believe so. One side has adhesive. They work really well on my wool applique to mount on a metal tray. Has been hanging for over 1 1/2 yrs.

They would repel. The sticky side is attracted to the non sticky side.
