The product is of great quality and any claims otherwise are just uneducated. It's absolutely Gycinate not Oxide and works really well. If someone has good diet and have sufficient intake of magnesium can switch to 1.5 tablet instead of two. If someone doesn't have an active lifestyle can stick to 1 tablet and still reap the benefits.

It feels good but it's is not a 100% magnesium glycinate there is some mixture of magnesium oxide as well.

The best Magnesium I have had
I still remember my 4-hour sleep days... I was starting to get worried. I tried Magnesium from a few different brands. None of them really improved my sleep. I could never say 'oh, the magnesium is working' Then I tried Tata Magnesium. This one worked within a few days. My sleep increased from 4 hrs to 6.5 hours. My mind is much improved now. I will continue to use this brand. The one negative is that it can sometimes cause a mild digestive upset. So I take it after food.

Sound sleep
These tablets are very effective.. although I had loose motion earlier because of side effect my body adjusted to it and now I get a sound sleep and relaxed body muscles.

Better than expensive other expensive brands
I get good sleep , i use this for muscle recovery and sleep I am able to sleep better now , this is same as the expensive brands they're just giving you a beautiful container just marketing stuff this product works and it's not expensive
