I love it!
Is absolutely amazing for my business. Clients are comfortable and fall right to sleep during services. Only issue I have is that some of my heavier set clients who climb into the chair, it will start to tilt. I understand because it’s not bolted into the floor that could happen, but I expected it to be a little heavier at the bottom to prevent it from happening so much. Otherwise, it’s great!

Love this chair!
When I ordered this chair I had no idea how much I would love it. It's a beautiful piece and the white, REAL leather is soft and comfortable to lay on. Honestly, you won't find a more trustworthy company to deal with. They take care of their customers far and above any company I've dealt with.

I love it! I don’t normally write reviews but i will for this because it’s everything i wanted! It’s sturdy too! Easy set up as well! Just make sure to have a high quality tool kit and you are good to go!

Brackets are made of plastic
Need reinforcement on back portion of chair brackets are made of plastic. Had a client almost fall all the way backwards and hit the floor.

Bad customer service.
I bought 4 of these beds hoping for the best. For the most part they are ok. But, i had one come without the support bar at the bottom. I messaged and got a quick reply.But then they contacted that it wasn't shipped cause it was also damaged.Emailed again a few times and have had no contact since. Now, i can fix/modify these things to be pretty sturdy. I just didnt expect them to fail within 2 weeks.I had one of the supports that hold the backrest break in the first week. Also had the vinyl on one of the chairs separate from the foam just 2 weeks in.All i wanted was some response or contact back. And i would like at least some of my money back to do these modifications to have them survive more than a year!!

So far so good
I’m a starting lash artist so I haven’t had too much clients yet but for the ones I’ve had so far, I’ve heard no complaint. This chair is strong and sturdy. And love that i can adjust the position of it.
