After contemplating a Hexckad pan for a while I bit the bullet and decided on this one. Only had it a week whichbis long enough to know its amazing. It's huge so covers all bases in being a frying pan, batch cook pan and deep fryer. Lots of my other pans are going to be retired as this thing performs on so many levels. It is expensive but I can see why, as it truly brilliant and excellent quality. I've put it through it's paces and a worthy investment.

Lots of reviews on this pan - some good some not so good - my experience is very good. Beautiful finish - pan is expensive but I can confirm it also looks expensive. Easy to follow "seasoning" process to go through and then I cooked scrambled eggs - everything I was advised would be experienced was experienced - I could cook with lower heat and there was no sticking and finally after it had cooled I washed it very easily and it came up looking like new - so I bought 2 more and got rid of all my other non stick pans . So I fall in the camp of liking the pan very much - there are other lower cost alternatives and they may also be good , but I tend to buy once , spend the money and look for high quality - it usually works and in this case I am sure it will work well.

Perfect pan in every way

Do some research !! These stick worse than any thing else and the surface is far from indestructible infact it peels off. All mine went in the bin. £400 worth of expensive junk. Absolutely shameless and I am not alone in this!!

Excellent quality. Very easy to maintain.

I am amazed at how this pan has coped with a variety of food. The non-stick qualities are amazing, and whilst it says suitable for metal tools, haven't been brave enough to test this claim, yet! I have bought pans in the oast which cost a few pounds, but I honestly believe this will outlast all of them. The price is quite high, but believe it's longevity will make it great value over time.

I love hexclad pans once you season it initially that's all you need to do. I have another one that after a year still looks as good as new. Can't fault this one it's large and deep exactly what I needed. Yes they are expensive but you really do get what you pay for. I would not buy any other brand now so will take time to add to my collection but worth every penny. Sears food wonderfully and is the perfect size for curries. I would urge anyone wondering if it's worth it to go ahead you will not regret it.

If you're looking for one pan that can handle almost everything from breakfast to dinner, this is it. I can honestly say it's one of the best pieces of cookware I've ever owned, and I'd buy it again without hesitation.
