***IMPORTANT UPDATE***** I was contacted by the vendor by email, when they saw my previous review. MESCOMB told me that they were horribly sorry my heating element went out on this older version. They sent me a new product right away, despite my warranty being expired. I couldn't believe it!!! The new model works great and that was amazing service!!! I would now highly recommend this product and am changing my post from 1 star to 5 stars!!! *****OLD******Used twice and the heating element went out. It was not repairable. I would not order anything again by this brand.

Absolutely have loved this product and it makes my hair look fabulous but only have owned and used it since Christmas Day and the heat element stopped working today not 3 months in. Pretty sad I can't use this anymore. The cold blows out but it is not get hot.

It took me a little while to figure this thing out. Especially the curling iron supposedly sucking your hair in. At first I couldn't do it but I watched some YouTube videos and now I can so very happy with my purchase. The only negative I can think of is that the straightener is really just a straight hair brush so it doesn't give you a sleek look and you would have to use a separate flat iron

If there was a zero, I would choose it!! This hairdryer/styler worked great until about 2 weeks AFTER the warranty expired. Because it was so close to being within the warranty period, I was hoping for some sort of credit toward another purchase. I paid $132 for this dryer/styler and it should’ve lasted longer than one year. I have called Amazon who gave me the Mescomb company email and phone number. I have gotten NO RESPONSE from my email and no one answers the phone and there’s no option to leave a voicemail. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will not be purchasing from this company again. I recommended it to several friends who also purchased the same dryer/styler right after I got mine. I’ll feel bad if theirs also dies quickly!

I’m so in love with my new 5 in 1 hair dryer brush! I like that’s very travel friendly. That comes in a bag that’s very convenient. The hair dryer dries my hair really fast. I like that you can use low heat. I really like the design of it. I have noticed that when I use this my hair has less frizz and static. It leaves my hair feeling so soft and looking so shiny. When I curled my hair my curls lasted all day without falling out. It’s very durable and works good.

I have loved this hair dryer but it only last about 10 months. Wouldn’t recommend unless you don’t mind buying a new dryer at least once a year.
