My new travel mug is great. fits perfectly in cup holder. Very sturdy. Keeps hot beverages hot for hours. Too hot, actually. I have to add an ice cube to my coffee so I can drink it.

Excellent workmanship. Love all the tests it went through! A product such as this could be more expensive, however the company charges a fair price and keeps the consumer in mind! I appreciate the leakproof tests! My coffee tastes great and is still hot. The grip is excellent. I plan to get one for my wife. I placed it in my backpack and it did not leak. Thank you! Keep going strong!

Keeps my coffee hot. No leaks. The handle is very comfortable. The price is right. Easy to clean in dishwasher.

I really like the Contigo Superior 2.0 insulated tumbler overall. It keeps my drinks hot or cold for hours, and the lid seals well to prevent leaks. The design is sleek and easy to carry around. However, I was disappointed with the handle — it's quite weak and actually broke off after a few weeks of use. That said, most other aspects of the tumbler work great, so I’d still recommend it if you’re okay with using it without the handle. Hopefully, the durability of that part improves in future models!

I’ve used several Contigo mugs over the years, and while most are good, not all of them live up to their leak-proof claims. That’s not the case with this version, it truly seals air tight. I’ve never had a single drop leak—even when it’s tossed in a bag, laid sideways in the car, or dropped on the sidewalk.Despite the handle, its fairly lightweight. One thing adore is how long it keeps my coffee at that perfect temperature. I have even been so busy I couldn't drink my coffee till lunch and it was still piping hot. No exaggeration needed—this model actual is leak proof and will keep your coffee warm.If you’ve been burned by mugs that promise to be leak-proof and aren't, or say they’re insulated but barely hold heat, this model is worth trying. It’s simple, solid, and does exactly what you expect it to do.

I have had with all Contigo products and won't buy anything from the brand again. This mug handle started feeling odd within a month. It was so loose stopped using it after six months. I was afraid it would break off. It's sitting in the back of the cupboard with the others that became unusable because I thought the extra lids may be handy. The worst loose handled one was purchased less than a year ago. The others are probably about a little over year old. Because I have eight or ten of them, (my family uses them every day), the first lose handle didn't scare me, but now all of them are feeling lose to some degree. They all have to be replaced. I don't think we will ever buy this brand again. I have depended on the Contigo brand for years. I have purchased every style at one time or another and I have some mugs that are over ten years old. I have the cold drink glasses that you can pack in lunch boxes without leaking. Those lids broke within three months. I have had problems with the lids leaking on some versions of the mugs. It seemed like the older ones were made much better than the newer ones. I have thrown out many of their expensive mugs because buying the replacement lids didn't seem worth the cost. They are very expensive, and replacing the lids on older mugs with the higher quality metal bottom parts, didn't seem worth it. The decline in quality has been so disappointing. Custom service is terrible and frustrating. This isn't my go brand anymore I don't think I will ever buy a Contigo product again. I was amazed at the experience with another brand that I decided to try. Simple Modern has my vote now. High quality products and great customer service if you need them.

Was slightly disappointed. I only buy this brand but this is the first one with a handle. Pros: keeps liquid hot or cold for a long time and it is extremely durable and very easy to clean (and can put it in dishwasher). If you screw the lid on correctly, the seal is fantastic!! Cons: you cannot adjust the lid when you screw it on to be able to have the opening of the lid to where you can use either hand to pick it up with handle. I tried multiple positions when screwing the lid on so I could pick it up with my right hand and drink out of it and couldn't do it. I needed one I could pick up with right hand because I had surgery on left shoulder 4 months ago and still having pain. Since I can only pick it up with left hand I cannot use this cup. I will not buy one with a handle again but will buy this brand. In short, I recommend this brand but not this specific product for right handed people.

Bought for a friend of mine because he's coffee mug was too small. Got this and he really loves it. Likes that it doesn't spill, if it falls it doesn't spill and it keeps it hot.
