Terrible value for what you get
Terrible value for money. 2kg tub has around 6 full servings much better cheaper alternatives. The tubs are allways 30% full at most its very disappointing.

Please read review. Nice taste and mix but questionable ingredients
PLEASE READ so as a weight gainer shake , mixability and taste wise I think it's great. Unfortunately the main ingredient is maltodextrin . Which they say is a carbohydrate source , but in fact your body sees this more like a sugar and this spikes your blood sugar way more than table sugar. In fact almost double. This item for that reason will help you gain weight , but I doubt much of it would be muscle. I've given 4 stars because it's not bad , but if you are informed on ingredients you will understand maltodextrin is one you are best to avoid. Dr Berg does an interesting video on it if anyone would like a dr's opinion.

Half of my tub is missing, literally half of the tub is missing so so dissapointing.
