Definitely impressed - quality mix of protein (not filled with Soy Protein like a lot of cheaper shakes do to top their macros up!) and good sources of carbs. Range of vitamins and whilst the ingredient list is long, there's not any filler in there - just a straight up good formula!Fantastic mixability, and I've noticed a few reviews online that comment about the taste - but I had the Salted Caramel one and it tastes great (obviously I can't comment on any of the other flavours, but this one has everything I need and I'll definitely be buying the bigger tub next time and trying the other flavours!)New favourite shake, reputable brand and this listing is straight from the seller so a legit product!10/10!

Love this. i struggle to keep weight on so I mix this with whole milk and have it twice a day in between meals.. The salted caramel tastes good and it mixes really easy with a good shake and no digestive problems after a fortnight of adding this to my routine. I haven't noticed much weight gain yet but i'm confident it'll happen.

Taste - disgusting Mixing - poorTo make matter worse a service size is 5 (yes 5!!!) heaped scoops. So poor value for money and I’m not sure who has a mixer that can take 5 scoops plus the liquid required to mix.It also contains hidden soya in the ingredients… so you know, incase testosterone and building muscle was important to you. Which is why I’m assuming you’re buying this. I would avoid at all costs

Other than getting a packaging box over 4times bigger than the actual product which is very ott. I proceeded to open the product to find an absolute monster of a scooper which if filled you would find difficult to put into a shaker bottle without spilling half of it. I got the salted caramel flavour and I'm happy to say it tastes more like a creamy rice pudding when used with full cream milk.As stated I've only just opened the product can to early to tell you if the product works well.I have subscribed to getting one monthly so hopefully it does work 👌

Love the product and it works as described however I’m very confused by the serving ratio as the supplies I have bought don’t seem to last as long as they should leaving me in a predicament as the product works very well but then the affordability goes out the window when it doesn’t keep up with its subscription .

It's over 1k kcals per serving. I suggest 1/2 servings, so 1 scoop, to start. This will add around 500 kcals to your diet. Add this to your normal food intake to increase kcals. Its as simple as that. This is not full of sugar unlike other mass gainers which can have upto 100g sugar per serving. I chose salted caramel flavour, it mixes well and the salt really helps with the taste. I didn't feel like I was forcing it down. Will be buying this again.

I had been getting the chocolate flavour which was lovely due to price difference i decided to get salted caramel and in my opinion it's horrible such a waste of money
