Is this Kcup compatable. The cups don't look the same as other Kcups.

It is compatible in K-cup brewers. But I found that this cup design doesn't work as well as a normal KCup. When I tried it the coffee ended up tasting weak and watered-down. I think that the coffee flows out the sides before it is fully brewed.

Why is it called capsules

These are called capsules or pods as they are small cups that are compatible with Kuerig 1.0, and 2.0 machines as well as Cuisinart, Mr. Coffee, and Breville capsule brewing machines.

Is this worth the $16? I generally try get my K cups at $0.50 each but this better be 3 times as strong if they want $16 for 10

It is not worth the price. For about 25-35 cents more you can get a much larger cup of gourmet coffee at your local coffee house. It would have the same caffeine level and better taste. You'd probably need to brew 2 or 3 Death Wish k-cups to match the volume of a tall/grande coffee. That adds up fast. If they drop the price to $1.00/cup then it might be worth considering, for those days where you don't feel like going out but still need a strong cup.

Is this Keurig 2.0 Compatible?, Please be sure, The 2.0 is TOTALLY different than the regular K-Cup. Thank you for verifying for me.

Keurig now requires all K-Cups have authorization printing along the top edge that the new machine looks for. If the cups don't work, then you can take a K-cup that does work and cut it to form a shell that you can slip over the K-cup and fool the machine into thinking it is an authorized cup.

Not as good as the dark roast…

I’m a HUGE fan of Death Wish dark roast, so when I got this on accident I was a little bummed. Don’t get me wrong… it’s still a really good, high-quality coffee, but the flavor is too mild for me. It’s very smooth at least! Still gives me the extra energy I need to tackle a day with my toddler. Wish it wasn’t so expensive. 🫤
