I'm pleasantly suprised. This unit is so simple to use. For a small heater is works very well. Gives enough heat & the foot in the cuff is a perfect size. Plug it in, sit back & relax. Shuts off automatically after one hour. Keep the box for easy storage.

I will admit, I didnt really think this was going to work that well for my plantar fascistic, but it worked amazing. My heal pain is horrible and this helped at the end of the day. Buy it.

This little thing right here is AMAZING. I was very skeptical at first but this has been a life saver for my injured ankle. I broke my ankle many years ago and just started running again and was in pain from my stiff ankle. Slap this bad boy on every night now. It gets HOT which is GREAT I only use it on the highest setting which might even be too hot at times but it feels fantastic on my ankle. You can feel the heat all around! Outside, inside, bottom and back THE WHOLE THING GETS HOT. I have a size 7 foot so my foot is pretty small but it’s very adjustable to accommodate much bigger feet. Don’t hesitate, BUY IT!

I am actually love this, 3 different heat levels work well, easy to install. My only set back is I wish it was a little bigger. I'm on the bigger side, but still would order it.
