It was actually new and not refurbished. I put in my old SIM card and it worked perfectly.

Received the product. It came locked. I called AT&T. They would not unlock the device since it’s still under contract with someone. Can only use the product under AT&T.

Even works on T-Mobile 5G!
Ran this hotspot live streaming on the T-Mobile network in the US and it worked just great. Prepaid Sims are a great way to go with this device since it’s unlocked. It was fast, connected reliably in an area with known coverage issues, and the build quality is great.

Typically, there was nothing wrong with it. Except, it was not fitting and able to accessible on the cruise because mostly of the hotspot is only working properly well on underground only, not available for the cruise such as connectivity, speed of the hotspot, ease of setup was also a normal functioning and battery life, too. It did nice compatibility with any operating system also. Yeah, it is also a valuable for money.

Works with Verizon Wireless
been using it for a year on Verizon with no issues. Not sure why others claim it does not work. Removed my SIM card from the VZW-branded router and inserted it into the Netgear. Cycled the power 2x, and it has been working ever since. Set the SSID, and that was it.

Disappoint it does not support Verizon and T Mobile for speed just like AT&T
Why did you pick this product vs others?: The device does not support other sim cards of verizon and device given to me was too slow compared to my mobile data of my phone. Pretty sure also the problem is the device since why would it give a very slow internet connection if the data of the phone is faster. Is should be faster than a phone because it is a router that is capable only one thing. I am just disappointed and also sad since I am figuring out this scenario. For a price it great but the device I was not satisfied to have this problem to deal with it so I returned most of it. You live northern areas of Long Island. Signals can be so difficult to try to connect but phones can access the internet even it is too low for mmwave to be.
