Very nice gazebo but be prepared for tedious installation. Ignore the review that says it took him 5 hours, that my friend is a total lie. I'm a very experience handyman and it took me and my partner about 10 hours to install, and be careful that you do not strip the allen wrench screws.

Hello we are missing a few pieces from this and I’m not sure how to reach out to manufacturer to send them.

The quality is extremely high. There were no issues with anything linking up and the finish is very durable. Overall install took about 5 hours with 2 people and that included adding blocking to attach to a deck. Be sure to use stainless hardware to attach to a deck since the gazebo is aluminum. Very pleased.

The product is fine but the saga I went through with this order is not. The gazebo was supposed to be assembled on July 2 because I wanted to have it for July 4 when I expected family from another country; the service provider assigned to it wanted twice the estimated charge and then refused to do the job even after I accepted the over charge. Then, after much discussion, another service provider was assigned but couldn't do it until July 9. When they finally came to assemble it they discover that a critical part was missing. Amazon arranged to ship another entire kit which I just received today July12; however, The service provider cannot do it until the 16th. And then we have to ship back the new kit minus the one part that was missing in the first kit. Amazon offered me a $25 credit to compensate for all the trouble and this is like a slap in the face; the almost fair thing to do was not to charge me for the assembly.

40 % of holes did not line up. I’m a Millwright. So don’t attempt this assembly unless you’re equipped with a good set of cordless and hand tools. Especially a 1/4 20 tap to chase the holes that aren’t clean enough for a poorly machined screw to go into smoothly. Hire someone to set it up.I’m having my doubts about getting my 1100.00 worth over the years. Lol.
