Does what it's supposed to do. Dropped my flash temps by about 3°C and dropped my controller temps by about 5°C on my M.2 NVMe. Would a more expensive 'brand name' dissipate heat better? If it's made of the same material, I don't think so. I used 1/4" Kapton tape instead of the supplied silicone bands to secure it onto the thermal pads and drive for higher heat durability and set-and-forget long term application. Can't go wrong for this price.

Reduced temps by 20 - 30 degree C for me, it's a significant improvement! The installation was easy, however you have to be very careful with handling the thermal pads, they break easily, be very patient, take your time to get it right. The fit was very close for me, it fit into a tight situation by only 1mn to spare. Be sure to add on 1mm of extra height due to the thermal pad, and also add on 0.5mm for the height of the rubber bands.
