I purchased this massage ball after a YouTube channel recommended it for lymph drainage. It's easy to charge with the USB charging cord provided but you need to have the plug adaptor which is not provided. The charge lasts a long time...several days with daily use. The power button allows you to shift to 4 different settings with vibration levels that are just right...not too intense but just enough to create movement in the tissues and to relax the muscles. It's pretty quiet on the lowest setting but you can hear some vibration on the higher 3 settings. The 1st setting offers mild vibration, 2nd setting moderate vibration, 3rd setting fluctuates from low to intense vibration and 4th setting is continuous high vibration. I've used this to release tension in the jaw and neck and have also used it on lymph drainage points and think it's made a difference. It's about 3 1/2 inches in diameter and weighs just over 10 oz making it small enough to take with you wherever you go. I'm really thankful I found this little tool and have found it beneficial for relaxation and swelling.

This roller is amazing. We have the massage thumper but this relieves muscle tension and pain over a larger surface area at one time. So easy to use on the floor under your back, hip, IT band on thigh etc. Has different Power setting for light or deep massage. Would highly recommend this product! Lifepro also has top customer service if you ever need it.

it’s an excellent product. even on the lowest vibration setting, it’s sufficient to loosen my muscles, and I feel great afterwards.

This works beautifully on the knots in my back when I put it on the higher setting. The lower setting feels great and very gentle on my lymph nodes where I use it to encourage lymphatic drainage. I love that it charges quickly and is small enough to be portable for travel. It was a great price for the value I’m getting out of it.

So happy I got this. I’ve had five back surgeries and have a lot of pain and tightness. This massage ball is great. It has four settings and lasts for hours. I took it with me a few weeks back as I had a five hour flight and that usually means torture. This massage ball is great and small enough to travel. Very strong vibration for such a small item. I can’t recommend this enough.

I purchased this one because I bought a cheaper one on amazon that lost it's charge after 20-25min. So I thought a more expensive one would be better. The first one of these came and charged like it was supposed to but the vibrating feature would never come on. I think the red button was broken? So I returned & ordered a replacement. This one came quickly but it would not charge at all and would only come on and vibrate if plugged in. Summary: 1st one - would charge but not come on; 2nd one - would come on but would not change. I'm returning both and getting a different brand. bad product.

Product is really well made. However in the description it claimed to come with a "LifeTime Warranty" - I followed instructions included with the roller. Uploaded my receipt. Got a flash message claiming it was received. I never got a confirmation that it was received in my email. Tried to navigate their so called website, but it kept telling me to fill in my information and upload my receipt. It became exhausting. Just trying to make sure everything was correct. I decided if I couldn't find a link or an email address to their Customer Service at this point, I would really be out of luck if I needed to have help. Not worth the risk.I will continue to look for a similar item without the stress of simply trying to register and have proof of warranty. This was an awful experience would never recommend an item from this company.
