They are doctors working at mainstream hospitals nearby.I've been using Neutrogena Retinol Pro+ two or three times a week for more than a year. I'm an ex-smoker, age 76 who otherwise has always had a pretty healthy lifestyle.Neutrogena Retinol Pro+ is easy to use. I didn't have any side-effects. I learned the habit of washing my face with soap mornings and most nights. You might say that this is a lot of trouble, but I do it. Using an SPF face lotion several days a week might also be called a hassle, but I do it. I shopped for the least expensive name brand.My wife is really beautiful, twelve years younger, and has natural wrinkles at the corner of her eyes. I still have the forehead creases and the shrinking lines around the mouth that are too deep for any cosmetic product, I think. But without the Neutrogena Retinol Pro+ maybe they would be lots worse!

Totally obsessed with this product! Back when I was in Colorado, my skin was always acting up, but ever since I started using this, it’s improved so much — even my acne has cleared up a lot. Pairing it with CeraVe’s PM lotion is just perfect. I just stocked up again during the Labor Day sale, and I’ll definitely repurchase. Highly recommend!

I have been using this product for years and love it. This recent purchase is not the real thing, and unfortunately I purchased and paid for two of them at once. I compared it to one I already have. 2. It smells different, i,e, rancid, 2. There is a smaller amount in the container, it seems to be contracted into a small lump. 3. There is no protective lid under the cover and over the mouth of the jar. All original Neutrogena products in a jar have these. 4. The .3% is not written on the jar as it usually is and is nowhere to be found on the packaging or container.

I gave it 4 stars because it’s a bit harder on my skin than other brands. I normally use Roc but they were out so I bought this to try. I live by my retinol! This made my face dry and flaky in patches. The Roc never did. This is a very luxurious cream but if you have dry or sensitive skin you will want to skip a day or two in between uses. That’s what I do.

I have tried many retinol creams but this is absolutely amazing as far as results. It is very harsh - it will start burning after a few nights use but after several weeks using it (stopping for a few days when my skin was literally peeling off) - I saw results that not even clinical treatments did. My under eye hollows that I have been trying to fix for years were fixed within a few weeks of using this cream. My skin under my eyes laterally lifted to cover up the hollows. Only a few weeks into using it at night I saw his amazing result.

This product works well if you follow the instructions carefully. It takes a while.It contains 0.3% retinol, which is too strong to start a regimen. Use this after you have used a product with a milder concentration until your skin acclimates. Read about this on the company website.
