Are they weighted so they don’t tip over with a 7” candle in?

They aren't weighted but mine are holding 9 inch flameless tapered candles with 2 AA batteries and do not top over.

Will a 3/4 inch wide candle fit? Looking for a Shabbat candle holder

It's .875 inch. Your candle should fit at .75 inches.

Can the top and bottom be unscrewed to be separated?

Hello, dear guest， The top and bottom of this candlestick are not unscrewable. Best wishes Romadedi
