Loyoda Folding Walker with 2 Skis and 5" Wheels, Lightweight Design, Blue

I had an absolute need to get a hold of a walker fast and that would fit through my doorways and halls. Most of the measurements came out at 27"A few measurements a little larger than that and one that was 25". My right was diagnosed with what's called a Morton's neuroma. Which the explanation to me was that it's a callous nerve bundle. It results on wearing tight shoes often happens to runners or dancers. Amazon sells the Orthotics that help the condition. The problem was favoring the with a cane was starting to hurt my knee. In order to keep my 2 knees balanced when I walk I needed to get a walker so I wasn't stepping or leaning in on direction. Although it looks like I missed out on today's lightning deal But when I bought it a few days ago from Amazon it was still a pretty good price. Things I loved about it It would get through most of my doors, it's light and it folds easily, I ordered it at 11:00 PM and it arrived between 4 and 8 the next morning. I'm pretty patient on most of my orders but this was something I needed soon. Amazon and the seller true to their word. I've been working hard on my rehab ever since. The walker assembled very easily fact it shipped in a fairly small box so there were a lot of parts but they all snapped into place quickly and securely. I was surprised how strong it was and well machined. Somebody I worked with If I needed to If I needed to get in some doors a If I needed to get in some doors a little easier that because this is a one wheel version The wheels could actually be reversed. That change doesn't affect the safety much but it Subtracts a couple inches from the width. It is a fairly wide range of height adjustments as well. Folding is about as easy as you can get. Looks like it has hand brakes on it but they actually just trigger the release so you can fold it up. With the exception of the kitchen and bathrooms most of my house and hallways are carpeted. For both of those surfaces I can use either the rubber ends or the skis which were included. Indoor use that's kind of to your option of how you wanna walk and use this to stabilize yourself. Outdoor with lawn or sand or some other light surface or even concrete. Using the skis would be an absolute must. For instance if the lawn after rain were a little soft and you use the rubber ends they'd sink right down in and he might fall over. The skis provide more surface area so you can just slide around and move forward. Using the skis on concrete is a good idea too because the rubber nibs on the end will wear out pretty fast when you're dragging that along. Recommended.

I had to get this for my son because he had a stroke several years ago and his walker was broken and he couldn’t get another one from the insurance for another year. He was using a walker that was too big for him and it became too difficult for him to use due to other issues that he has going on, so we were told to look on Amazon for one because my sister had just bought one for our oldest sister. I looked at several of them and liked the look of the Loyoda walker due to its size and weight. When we received it and I got it put together my son tried it out and found it lighter than the other two and it was easier for him to use. The design is great, the handles to close it are under the handle areas which I like better because they don’t get stuck when you go to close it up. The walker gets a lot of use and it’s opened and closed 5 days a week. The color of blue is great because my son loves blue. It folds down almost flat for storage. Maneuverability is great it’s easy to get around with the wheels on the front and the skis in the back.

I don’t usually review but I love this baby after knee surgery. Good support and the wheel/ski combo is the perfect amount of glide with stability!

Great product easily assembled

Very good walker

Sturdy and easily assembled. I put this together in about five minutes, and at first it was wobbly. That was because I did not have the front and back at the same height. Once I corrected that, it is extremely sturdy and attractive. Easily collapsible using the handles. When I saw the photo, I thought the handles were brakes and I was not interested. Don’t make that mistake. All the handles do is make for a collapsible walk when you need to store it in a car trunk or closet. The plastic skis for the back legs make this a much more effective walker.

Easy to operate and lite

Had a stroke at beginning of year and my husband bought me an indoor walker and this worked perfectly. I use the skis on back so it would slide and it has not scratched tile floors. Be careful around some rugs it may catch. I cannot speak on durability for this particular walker in outdoor setting as I have a separate walker with seat for that. For reference I am 5’0, but this walker is adjustable, my husband is 6’0 and even adjusted to his height and provided weight bearing before giving it to me for use once home and it stood up well. I would recommend this to others. My doctor asked about both my walkers so he could recommend to his patients.
