This product was easy to take and had no side effects! I have not seen a huge difference yet but will continue taking to see if I have a noticeable difference. I am always looking for more natural ways to lower blood presure. If this also helps with kidney and liver functions as well as inflammation, it is well worth it. I think it is still a bit too early to tell since it has only been 2 weeks. I think you need to take for at least a month or two to see a huge difference so I will continue taking for the best results but I would definitely recommend trying if you have any of these issues. Always worth a try especially since there have been no negative side effects.

I was really interested in these because I used to make Reishi tea for an immune booster but got out of the habit because it's time consuming. I've been taking 3 of these capsules, 3 times per day (after each meal) and it's so much easier than making the tea. They are easy to swallow and I didn't notice any "mushroomy" smell or aftertaste. Everyone around me has been sick the past few weeks and I haven't caught anything so am thinking it's because of the Reishi benefits! I would highly recommend this product for people on the go who are looking to protect their immune system!

I find reviews for supplements somewhat difficult, because their effectiveness can be hard to measure. However, I will tell you about these products as best I can. I tried them out every day for a couple weeks, taking 3 pills a day. I felt that the pills were easy to swallow, and they did not cause any kind of side effects or adverse reaction in my body. I keep my eating pretty healthy, and work out, so I can't tell you that I felt exceptional taking or not taking these supplements. But, I do appreciate that they are organic, and I do believe in natural supplements help our bodies deal with all kinds of things we don't want, like inflammation. Reishi has many health benefits including helping your immune system, and I would recommend this product as a way to live a healthier lifestyle.

As for me, I have inflammation of my fingers joints in the morning and when I started taking this supplements (heard good things/benefits about this mushrooms) I’ve noticed after a couple of weeks my joints of my fingers were not as bad as it was before I took this product. It’s easy to swallow, it doesn’t have any after taste. Just not a fan I have to take 3 caps daily to notice the effects. Overall, it’s a good product.

I love this product. Within a week I felt less inflammation and more balanced. My cramps were significantly less painful, which isn't what this product is for but because it decreases inflammation and aids in hormone balance it did wonders for that area for me. My knees haven't swelled like they usually do. Overall I would say this is a great product to add with your supplements and vitamins.

When purchasing reishi mushroom, you always always want to make sure it contains the entire fruiting body. But it does not say this on their bottles. I noticed in some of their pictures in their advertisements it says “entire fruiting body” on the bottles in their photos, but then when you actually order it and it arrives at your house, it in fact does NOT say that on your bottle, anywhere. Very misleading. You also want to make sure your supplement is the Reishi extract and not just dried Reishi that they grind up and put into a capsule. It doesn’t state that anywhere on their bottle either. Also, they pride themselves in being third-party tested. So I have sent an email three different times to the company kindly asking them to provide me with proof of their third-party testing certificate, which they are required to provide if asked, and my email has been ignored each time. Not sure if I will continue to order from this company .

I love this product because it is a whole food supplement, because it has genetically verified Reishi Mushrooms in it, because it contains 1500mg per serving, because it's organic. Reishi is notorious for it's anti-tumor effect and other uses, such as anti-inflammatory. It has been used for 2000 years for medicinal uses. My husband says they give him increased energy and vitality.

After a couple weeks using this product I can report absolutely no ill side effects. The product has no "mushroomy" smell or after taste, which can be a problem with a lot of other organic supplements I've tried. I'm a runner, and I feel as if my stamina and lung capacity increased slightly after a couple weeks of use. To be honest that could simply be a result of the training I'm doing right now, but these may have helped, and they certainly didn't hurt. All in all I will probably continue to use these for another month or two to determine actual effectiveness, and can say if you're considering trying these go for it, they don't hurt and might help.
