I bought this massager for home use, and I'm really happy with it. The product looks good and feels comfortable to hold. It is seriously a very useful product.I use it after work whenever I have body pain or muscle stiffness, and it gives good relief and helps me relax. The different speed settings are easy to use and work well for different body parts. The battery backup is also good, so I don't have to charge it frequently. Considering the price, the quality and performance are excellent. The packaging, its amazing.Overall, it's a great value-for-money product, and I would definitely recommend it.

The mAh rating is determined by a single cell, meaning the claimed 4500 mAh figure is not consistent with the actual battery design.The cells themselves are clearly low-grade units, rated at around 1500 mAh each. This is particularly poor, considering decent 18650 cells with 2400–3000 mAh real capacity can be purchased individually for under ₹300 each.Actual runtime was approximately 25 minutes of continuous use before shutdown due to battery depletion.The advertised capacity and runtime figures are therefore significantly overstated and misleading.3. Build quality of the massager is sturdy. It runs about 1 hour after full charging. It has 6 speeds which provides flexiblity for soothing as per your pain intensity. Easy to handle. It also has different types of head sets for different body parts. Another nice product from Cult.

There is a fault that came in this device. It is no longer getting charged. Now I agree it's an electronic product and such fault can come in any product but disappointing thing is there is no way you can contact the company for service. There is no number only ai bots and they are irritating as hell. If you guys can't simply solve charging issue I don't suppose how you guys are doing this.PS I am about to buy a massager chair for myself. Thank God this happened and I came to know about your customer service. I'll happily prefer lixo 4411 model now. Thanx for showing me how useless your service is

A banger product indeed really loved the intensity varieties it offers along with all the attachment good battery life easy to use and doesn't heat motor is quite and very efficient, totally worth your money.

The product description on Amazon claims a battery capacity of 4500 mAh, which is a complete lie and a violation of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).Upon technical inspection and cross-referencing, it is revealed that the actual battery is only 3000 mAh as mentioned in some internal logs; but certainly NOT what is advertised.Selling a product by overstating its core specifications is an Unfair Trade Practice. Under Section 2(47) of the Indian Consumer Law, this is a punishable offense.Even within Amazon's own detailed specifications, the battery claims are inconsistent, proving that the seller is hiding the truth to manipulate buyers.You cannot deceive Indian consumers by providing false specs. Transparency is not optional; it is a legal requirement.Do not be fooled by the high mAh claims. This is a classic case of Misleading Advertisement. Think twice before buying from a brand that lacks integrity in its listings.
