This is my first taste of any of the Yorkshire teas. I LOVE IT! I read some reviews while looking for a new tea to try, and I ran across this tea. I purchased it and a handful of other Yorkshire teas. This is definitely going to be a repeat purchase! The flavor is quite a pleasant surprise, because (to me) it truly tastes JUST LIKE a cup of tea with a delicious mild flavored biscuit (cookie). That’s just crazy! The balance of tea and biscuit is perfect. I saw some people said they didn’t taste anything other than tea. All I can say is, it’s all about your own taste buds. Then, with a splash of coffee creamer, it’s that much more delicious:)

Took 1-2 times of trying to like the flavor. Now I love it! It’s like having dessert without sugar. Use 100C water, steep for 5 minutes, add some milk — Delicious tea!!!

I have settled on a nice malty assam as my favorite tea profile. While searching for teas that match that, I saw references to this Yorkshire blend. The tea is malty on its own, then there is a soft, subtle tea biscuitness in the background. Nothing too pronounced or artificial...just another creamy, tasty layer of maltiness. I typically buy loose leaf teas as they tend to me more flavorful, but this tea bag is a winner in my book and reasonably priced. I'd suggest serving with sugar (or sweetener of your choice) and milk. Box did come crushed, but inner packaging & product wasn't damaged.

The flavor of this tea is wonderful, it's a black tea with a rich, somewhat sweet taste that would pair well with desserts or pastry. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any tea lover who enjoys a rich, flavorful cup of tea. I don't see a place to review only the Amazon packaging because that's what I'm taking off stars for in this review. For unknown reasons, Amazon shipped the box of teabags in a padded envelope. The box arrived crushed on one side and, when I opened the foil package that contained the 40 teabags, I discovered that there was loose tea everywhere. 20 of the teabags on the end of the box that was crushed had popped open and spilled the tea out all over the inside of the foil pouch. So, I paid for 40 bags and received 20 usable ones. I would like to request a refund or a replacement box of teabags packaged in a shipping box, not an envelope. So, tea gets 5 stars, packaging gets 1.

Lovely, rich flavor. This is my new favorite tea brand and flavor. So yummy!
