These are actually really good, and less gummies to take for the protien compare to some other brands that make you eat a whole packet of gummies. i have already bought my second bottle!

I love these gummies when I need to get a bit more protein for the day! I agree not to go OVER the recommended amount. If you have more than 6 you may have some tummy issues!!

I use these for 'dessert' on a very low carb high protein diet. Too lazy at this point to make my own - I've tried and they never come out right. The fruit flavor is good, texture is chewy without being too much and after a few I feel like I've had something sweet to eat after what are invariably either meat or protein shake meals. It balances things out without having to worry about carb counts.

Convenient & delicious- Don’t eat more than the serving size because there is a laxative effect. Other than that, great product. It is too expensive to buy regularly.
