Review: Filled with good information - There is a lot of information in here but many of the projects are beyond my skill level. Still it is filled with good ideas and good information. Review: Easy read, good but basic info on the TJ - Basic intro to the TJ model with good background and information on the options the TJ was available in. The author takes a bare bones TJ he purchased and makes upgrades to it and uses that as the selection and discussion topics. You get a walk through of the Jeep and some minor instructions on what to do (it is not a how-to manual or shop book). The ultimate point is to show the new owner what possibilities are available for various types of upgrades and why one would do them or not. So if you’re new to the TJ model, it’s an easy read that will give you a launch point on knowing your model and maybe what you bought already installed if you bought it used like I did. Would recommend for concise info in one place but probably most of it you’d get with lots of internet research in Jeep forums or blog articles. For me it was an easy read and something I’d make my son read before he starts driving it to understand the model better.
