Received a Defective Product
I purchased the “RINTHUA Personalized LED Night Table Lamp,” but unfortunately the light doesn’t work at all. The product arrived defective, and despite trying to troubleshoot, it simply won’t turn on. To make matters worse, there is no proper customer service support to help resolve the issue. Very disappointed with this purchase and would not recommend it.
