Smells like turmeric
Pay attention to product size, I didn’t the bottle is small. Great product and good for its purpose.

Not much color
Product arrived quickly. As pictured in the product description.A little disappointed that the color is very pale when used as directed. When more is used the color becomes almost a brownish color. Not at all what I expected.

Organic food-based yellow coloring.
This Nutricolor Yellow Organic Turmeric coloring powder from Nutricost comes in a sealed clear plastic jar in plastic wrap and a seal under the cap. There is an expiration date clearly printed on the bottom of the jar and it is good till May 2028, which is a long time. It is USDA Organic and is packaged and quality tested in the US.This is a plant-based yellow food coloring made from organic turmeric powder and does not have any other additives, especially artificial colors or preservatives. I am not really pleased with the color of this turmeric powder though. I compared it with my regular organic turmeric root powder and found this powder brownish yellow, and the smell is not potent like my regular turmeric powder. I have attached a picture of a comparison of both the powders; the top one is regular turmeric, and the bottom one is Nutricolor. Both are mixed in the same frosting and you can see the difference in color and vibrancy. Now, I am not sure whether this Nutricolor turmeric powder has gone through some process or what that made it less yellow. Also, the taste is not as strong as regular turmeric powder, which is actually good because you do not want to taste it in sweet treats.This yellow turmeric powder is easy to use and it easily mixes in without any clumps. But it does not mix completely in the liquids, and you can see the particles in the liquid floating and later settling on the bottom.This yellow turmeric color can be used in various recipes. I am mostly going to use it in savory dishes and curries. Price is reasonable for an organic turmeric powder.

This All-Natural Yellow Dye Beats Synthetic
The color is a pale yellow that has a dull-brown finish to it, but it is all natural and still better than using a commerical synthetic yellow dye, so I am fine with it. It does a decent job, and there is no added taste, so that is a good thing. Another natural yellow dye option is saffron, but it imparts a distinct taste, so this tumeric dye is a better choice. The price is reasonable for what you get.

Mustard yellow and sort of speckled
This is just okay. It gets the product like a mustard yellow, leaves speckles. It tatted okay and doesn’t smell too off once it’s in the frosting

Fantastic
Fantastic product for safe food coloring. A little will go a long way, so this is a great deal. Easy to mix and finely milled. Bakes without noticeable flavor from tumeric, and works perfectly in recipes.

Great color
This is turmeric based yellow food coloring, I thought it would be more tasteless than it is, but there is a little bit of turmeric taste to this. In savory dishes, I've found this to be fine, I'm just careful to not add too much. I appreciate that it's made of natural colors instead of coal industry byproducts, making this safe for daily use. It's just as simple as adding any other food coloring, just sprinkle to your desired color is achieved.
