It’s so good food the price
I’ve had this item a few years now. I’ve used it a lot, it was cheaper for an adjustable bench but it’s just been a really good investment. At my heaviest it probably held me at 270 plus another 70lns in weights, so it can hold a fair amount. I’ve had no issues with it breaking or anything. The leg pads and padding in the bench itself aren’t the best but they’re fully functional and they don’t seem to be wearing out or degrading in a noticeable way even several years of use later.Pros:1. Handles my weight and my weights easy.2. Adjustment is really simple, takes seconds to convert from incline to decline and everything between.3. The added leg holders make abs possible at a decline which is solid exercise and an building for a workout bench.4. Durable, I’ve used it for years for a while when I was unemployed 3-4 hours a day. It’s going strong with no rips or frays.Cons:1. It’s Nots not very padded but that’s a small price to pay for the rest of its strengths

good quality for the price
Good quality for the price. Great for home/basement gym. Sturdy and secure. Definitely not pro or gym quality but 5 stars on value. If you're a hardcore exerciser this might not be the best choice. Assembly took about 45 mins. Make sure you have socket wrench or adjustable wrench to tighten the lock nuts. Downsides: The backing of the seat is somewhat cheap construction - it's stapled on fabric material over what looks like particleboard. The pin is a bit hard to insert - you have to line up 3 holes perfectly. On more expensive units there's an easier adjustment mechanism.

No Regrets, Decent With 2 Flaws But Works Well For Price
Bench is Solid if assembled correctly, Instructions are easy to follow.Your really need 2 Adjustable Wrench to Adjust & tighten Bolts. They could have just used shape fitting bolts on 1 end to make it easier. The part where your legs go over & under are much too narrow so it hurt/pinches your legs if used correctly, it is not the cushions but how narrow the 2 bars are..I am 5-10" 250lbs, I am still able to do sit ups on it but I don't get the full benefit because my legs are just under the bottom pad but not over the top pads. Bench is very light & easy to store away upright, pin to adjust back is not very smooth but it works. I don't regret this purchase, just wish the leg & feet pads were wider & all bolts were shape fitted like the 4 at he bottom & this bench would have been perfect for anyone under 6ft.Update. So I went to home depot and bought a long piece of metal pipe that they use to run wires through, for $2.50, had them cut it about 1ft wider than the original bar at the top leg rest, taped it up to add bulk so it doesn't move around & then slide on pads on both side, bench is now perfect for sit ups.

Definite design flaw, but still will use
Probably rating this between a 3 1/2 and 4 because I have never used it yet. I am 260lbs. and 6' 2" so I will come back with an update after using it a few times. But, at this point I notice one huge design flaw that I should have noticed at the very beginning because it's so obvious. This is NOT a flat bench. Clearly in the picture the bench is slanted in its design. Naturally this is going to be a noticeable problem for anyone using totally flat bench exercises. Why they didn't just create the frame to be totally flat is beyond me. It would have been very easy to do so. There's really no reason why the bottom frame should be slanted at an angle that I can tell. It actually even depreciates the ergonomics of the bench as a flat bench naturally would be more sturdy. But go figure. So keep in mind when purchasing this bench that you will always be at a decline and when you put the bench either straight up or straight horizontal the seat is constantly at an almost 45 degree angle. Constantly. That won't change, even if you adjust the back. So yeah, there's that. But for now, I think, for the price, this bench is pretty good. We'll see how well it holds up with use and how well it works for someone my size and weight.****UPDATE****So used it a few times and it seems very sturdy. I realized the flat bench issue is not that much of a problem actually. It's pretty comfortable really, and I'm 6'2" 270 about, so keep that in mind. For me, the ab function is far less comfortable then I'd like, so I might only use that occasionally and just save the ab exercises for when I go to the gym. When I put my legs into the foam pillars it just really hurts to go back. It works better if I keep my calves outside of the foam pillars actually. So for me, the main functions I will use on this bench are for my upper body. The incline, the decline, and the flat bench for chest will probably be the most used functions for me. That's all I can say for now, it's pretty sturdy, not wobbly, and I weigh a lot so it should suit the average guy a lot better than it does me. Pretty good buy for the price and it's function. Not the best, not perfect, but for the price, it's a good deal.

Great Value, Good Quality
Great bench, materials seem to be good. The bench is easy to assemble as long as you have a 11/16th socket and a wrench to hold the other end of the bolts. Would be much easier to assemble with 2 people but it can be done with 1 if you have things to lean it against. All the parts were tightly sealed and clearly labeled. Instructions were very clear with the minor caveat that the hole for the catchbolt in Step 8's inset is located in a different place but the correct location is obvious on the actual equipment. Came with a decent poster with some workouts, a link to watch some videos of workouts(that aren't bad if you're a beginner) and some basic workout tips in the back of the manual. Weider had the extra space and added useful information, little touches like this always go a long way for me. Tested it up to 50lbs of the weight capacity without issue, I'll be able to judge further in a few months once I can get more weight.

Excelente calidad-precio para hacer ejercicio en casa
Nos ha encantado poder hacer ejercicio en este banco con sus diferentes posiciones. Es ligero pero a la vez resistente. Podemos moverlo sin problema al jardín o meterlo a la recámara.

lightweight, inexpensive yet sturdy - a good value for the money
If you are looking for a professional gym grade weight bench this is not for you. This bench is lightweight and inexpensive, so when it arrived I was pleasantly surprised to find that the quality of the product is quite good' much better than I expected actually. Except for the cushions it's made of a good grade of precision machined powder coated steel. Assembling the bench was easy, it bolts together with Nylock nuts that will not loosen, and the instructions where simple. Once assembled the bench is quite sturdy, stable, comfortable and easy to adjust. .The bottom line; is this is a very decent home gym weight bench and at $80 CDN. a great value.

Great bench for the price.
Pretty solid welds, things line up properly, easy instructions.I have successfully incline barbell pressed 155lbs with no issues other than a little wobble which is the reason for 4/5 stars. Met my expectations though.
