Will this work with white tea?

yes! scoby will work with white tea....as it grows, it will be a more pinkish hue due to the type of tea youre using, but should work great!

Can The Scoby be divided into 2 pieces?

Yes, however, the entire contents of the SCOBY and starter pouch are meant for brewing 1 gallon of kombucha (we do not recommend splitting the SCOBY and starter to brew 2 separate batches).

Will it work with honey?

This SCOBY is meant for brewing kombucha, however if you'd like to brew jun, you can try slowly weaning the SCOBY onto honey by gradually reducing the amount of sugar and increasing the amount of honey in your recipe over the course of several brews.
