Sukina Japanese Buckwheat Noodle, Soba Noodle, 3LB

I think I have a new second favorite type of noodles! They don’t take too long to cook and they seem to sit well and they have an odd color but it enhances the flavor. I like the fact that I can use them in a soup or veggie bowl and can even stir fry them. I like the consistency/texture and they taste great. Good quality, versatile, if you let the temperature cool down a bit, you could even put them in a cold noodle bowl after rinsing with a little olive oil — excellent product. Best served with squash, the flavors seem to complement each other. Would buy again.

I love these soba noodles! They taste great and cook in 3 minutes so they’re perfect for a quick meal or to add to your broth with tofu etc to make a nice oriental soup. The noodles are thin and delicate and great for slurping as is required to express how much you love your meal. I had mine plain with butter and a little salt, yummy! Next time I may try my noodles in some miso soup, excellent! You get 3 lbs. of noodles which is about 15 servings depending on how you’re using them. Awesome!

This is a large box of noodles that come in handy single serve bundles. The noodles are thin and cook VERY quickly! The first time I made them I accidentally overcooked them, so take them out before you think you need to. The taste is light and neutral. I prepared with chili beancurd oil, lemon juice, and air fried tofu and it was delicious. This box will last me a while as there are many servings, but I would order it again. I hope these become available again!

These buckwheat soba noodles are tasty and satisfying on a hot summer day. They are served cold with a Japanese soy sauce type of liquid. Great flavor, good nutrition, and easy to prepare.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I've watched Asian dinners and always wanted to try Japanese Soba noodles(cold noodles) now I finally have. Not only are they great tasting, but it is very nitrous. My family also loved it! I definitely will repurchase this!!!
