hello. is arms' length 16 each (total 32+) ? thanks.

Yes, 16" each and 32 total. Thanks

How much does this weigh?

Hello, This weighs 25 Pounds. Thanks, SSW Basics

Can you turn the arms in other directions too? So that they are not straight but in 90 degrees?

This would be a cool product if it were able to adjust to a 90° angle as well for space-saving, one at 72" high and one at 46" low for space saving!
