It's hard to tell if I have had any particular health benefit from the product after one month certainly I can safely assume it hasn't made it any worse. What I most noted was the wastage in having so few capsules inside a clearly oversized container.

Premium Price, but No Noticeable Advantage Over Standard natural Vitamin E
I purchased this tocotrienol supplement with high expectations after reading about its potential advantages over conventional vitamin E. The science and marketing around tocotrienols are certainly impressive, which made me excited to give it a try. Having used the product for a reasonable period, however, I cannot honestly say that I noticed any significant difference compared with the natural vitamin E supplements I have used in the past. While that does not mean the product is ineffective, the benefits were not apparent enough for me to justify the considerably higher price. For me, the premium cost did not translate into a noticeably superior outcome. As a result, I will likely return to a good-quality natural vitamin E supplement, which has a longer track record and offers better value for money in my experience. Others may have a different experience, but based on my personal results, I did not find sufficient evidence to warrant paying the premium for tocotrienols.

Good quality source for Vitamin E supplements
After doing some research I was not aware of the different elements of vitamin E and their impact on the body. Tocotrienols are shown to be stronger and more affective liver health, cholesterol and brain function. Gel caps are small, easy to swallow, no after taste, contain delta- gamma and from a well know source, non gmo.
