Perfect for sore neck, its nice you can move around with it on and it stays put. It is very very cold from the freezer so either let it sit out before putting it on or just keep it in the fridge instead of the freezer

This thing is SUPER COLD! I have used it not only for my neck, but for my shoulder joints as well. Really nice material, weight, and does the job.

This is the only neck wrap that actually snugs up to my neck. It's a gel pad--not an insert--and is soft and flexible. My injury was muscular, so I only used it for heat therapy and can't speak to how well it performs when cold. The Velcro front strap makes it fit snugly but comfortably against my neck so it can get the most heat to those muscles. The other neck wraps I tried were about an inch from my neck. My only regrets are that the Velcro eventually stopped holding and that the manufacturer thinks that all necks are the same size, hence one-size-fits-all. Audrey Hepburn would easily fit into this wrap, but I have a rather large neck and could have used another 2" on the length of the strap.

While this fits my neck better than most, the sheet of gel warms quickly. Also, there is a three inch wide channel, or divot, through the middle so that section doesn’t stay cold or curve to your neck well at all. I really wanted this to be better designed and am disappointed with it. Design notes: I love the idea of the sheet of gel inside which doesn’t shift around, but the large channel of missing gel (where I really need it the most) down the middle is not practical and forces the wrap to gap out away from my neck. I love the idea of the Velcro, however, the stiff and scratchy hook side of the Velcro and the soft loop side should be swapped. As it is, the most comfortable way to wear the neck wrap (as in trying to get as much of the cold gel sections onto your spine and muscles along the spine) the rough hook side of the Velcro is facing down which is irritating and snags clothing. The wings could also be a little wider to accommodate longer, taller, necks.

This wrap works. Wraps gently around my neck and the material is very soft. It lasts a long time. Couple hrs in freezer should get you some relief. I wish I had 5 of these!!
