Food quality, needs to be sharpened but that’s with any knife! Use it at work everyday

I had high hopes for this blade as it had decent reviews and looked gorgeous in pictures. However after having it for a month, it had begun to rust like crazy. I’m not sure what the “steel” was made of but it definitely isn’t Damascus steel. It seems more likely that it’s iron, painted to look like Damascus steel.

Very nice. Slightly flawed handle but gives character and let's you know it is hand made. Blade is beautiful and razor sharp. This is well worth the money for this quality of steel.

Update: We loved this blade but recently found it rusting in the case that came with it. It has been inside in it’s case and we love in AZ where there isn’t humidity. Very disappointed. It’s only been a few months.
