Toller Geschmack, ist aber scharf, für die wo empfindlich sind. Man kann es für alles verwenden .... grillen, frittieren, Dip.... Tipp: verfeinern mit Butter, Honig, Knoblauchsalz...erwärmen...gerne üppig...

I am not a hot sauce Sadist. I don't do ghost pepper challenges or go out of my way to inflict mouth pain on myself. But sauces like Tabasco, Cholula, Sriracha don't really do much for me. I have tried other, amplified versions of hot sauce like Tabasco Trinidad scorpion. This was at the right Scoville/heat level but lacked flavor - Tabasco has always been a bit vinegary for my tastes. I picked this up on a whim at my local grocery store and found the right balance of heat that didn't overshadow the flavor. Nor does it introduce any other (e.g. habanero) pepper flavor. Just imagine Texas Pete's, except hotter - to me, this is perfect.
