A prompt delivery, well designed stylish phone, easy to setup with WI-FI, etc, although the battery life could be improved. The sellers aftercare sales service is excellent.

Battery drains quickly
I bought a reconditioned phone because the battery was bad on my old one, but this one is just as bad and needs recharging every day even though I don't use it much. My husband has the same phone that he has had for 5 years and he only charges his once for a week.

Terrible battery life a full charge on light use lasts 7 hours 42 minutes.
Bought this last week and gave it a couple of charges. Noticed the life was draining very quickly so performed a test. Closed all applications and put it on charge all day. Took it off charge at 100% and left eh phone unused all day. No texts or calls or notifications received and the life between 10am and 6pm dropped to 23% In comparison, my existing phone was at 79% at 10am, was regularly used during the day and by 6pm had 42% battery life. In the second experiment, the phone was fully charged and then used normally. The battery life from 100% lasted 7 hours and 42 minutes exactly before the phone died.

ordered this phone on the 29/3/21 came on the 30/3/21 phone looked nice work well until got up on the morning of the 8/5/21 phone was dead nothing and it was still under warranty I then contacted the seller about this matter and got an email from amazon saying don't contact the seller , now I always thought when you buy any item from a shop and the item breaks down first thing anybody would do is contact the seller . now I myself have sort this mess out no thanks to this seller . this seller is a no no .
