Brown sugar is the best
I really enjoy the maple brown sugar flavor! It has a nice balance of sweetness without being too overwhelming, and it’s an easy breakfast when I’m short on time. I love that it has protein and keeps me feeling full for longer. Super convenient and tastes great!

So far this is my favorite flavor! It’s so yummy, healthy, easy to set up and very filling! It smells good and little to no sugar. They are a little spendy, but they will last a while.

These over night oats are my absolute FAVORITE!! I love that I can grab them and go. I was curious how the texture would be and interested in a “drinkable” oatmeal but it was amazing and not at all what I expected. Lots of different flavors. Great choice for a healthy filling breakfast!
