You can control how sweet you like your beverage and it's colorless. It doesn't require a lot to make it sweet, but I use it sparingly. Yes,it has high fructose corn syrup, which is a concern. We try to avoid dyes when. Loving in Texas summers, snowcones are a must so I was so excited to find these dye-free flavors. They are a huge hit with my kids and their friends. Taste great and NO DYES!!
