I've had more Overdrive and tone pedals in my lifetime that I care to admit and have 4 on my board currently and I wanted to give this little inexpensive pedal a try after watching five or six reviews of which are from a few people that I respect as musicians. Anyhow, I fired this little baby up and compared it against four other tone pedals currently on my board and I was more than amazed of the variety of tones it can produce. I love it set with the gain set to about 10:00 and I prefer the tone from the gold switch with the the silver also a nice tone producing a little bit more treble in it. The red switch eliminates too much of the high-end for my liking but I'm sure it would be nice with certain pickups or amplifiers. So this baby is staying on my pedal board and I actually like it better than my Wampler Tumnus Deluxe which it just kicked off the board if you can believe that, and Wampler makes excellent pedals. Hey, it just produces better tones and obviously costs much less. That's just the way it is, trust your ears! I definitely recommend it as a buy and hopefully you will get the tone you are looking for.

I've owned many Klon style pedals: Tumnus, Archer, Conspiracy Theory, Klon kit pedal, etc. I am def. a fan of the Klon pedal. Anyhow, once I saw this was 3 Klons in one it was an insta-purchase. A no brainer! I have 7 Sonicake pedals. All great quality for the money. This thing sounds absolutely killer. I paired it with my USA Tele and used it as a boost to my Nobels ODR 2. Unreal tone. Anyhow, if you're a tone chaser this is really great bang for the buck. Time will tell as far as durability but these guys make really great stuff. I have had 0 issues with Sonicake. My two bits!

Great value for the money. Sounds really good. Shown here with other pedals for scale. And yes, it sounds amazing if you turn on all five at once.

If I'm being honest, I can't really tell the difference between the three voices (third one has a little more gain maybe), but it's a decent sounding lil' pedal for a decent price and I'm happy with it.

I ordered the Trio Rider Overdrive. It looks well built, solid, and has easy to use switches and mini knobs. I loved the tones that came out of such a tiny box. It had great Klone-style drive sounds. . . . . Then, the first time I tried to use it for a gig, it died and shut down my whole pedal board. Now it just pulses and clips. The light flahes one and off and makes a pulsing sound. Not sute what happened but it is dead. Just a few weeks past the return window too, of course. It sounded great for the short time it worked. Not happy.

This pedal is another clipping OD. Does a decent job but I’ve been searching for a good warm drive. Found one but not this one. Went Flamma. I give my rejects to local kids. They’ll love it!

Great sounding Klone...does what you'd expect a Klone to do! The three modes all have unique voicings and there's a LOT of headroom for using as a boost...recommended!

Pedal stopped working after 4 months on my pedal board, had only pressed the switch one time to turn it on. I love the sound, and all three-options sound excellent! I usually enjoy SONICAKE products (I am currently using the Fazy as well with no issues). Unfortunately, I ended up throwing it in the trash as I was past the return window. I am sure I just got a dud but beware of the sketchy build quality.

Awesome pedal great sound and value for the price

Another Sonicake winner. A clone of the Klon Centaur but a highly affordable option. What can I say, its solid, the tones out of this thing are tremendous and super easy to get a sound that will have you grinning from ear to ear in no time. Connects to a 9v charger as no space for a battery. A super classy sounding overdrive pedal. Get one, you won't be disappointed.

I use the pedal with the gain set to around one o'clock. With single-coil pickups, I get a nice, transparent sound. I recommend it.

Una sorpresa veramente, pochi giri di parole, è un clone del Klon, suona da klon e lo switch attiva anche un paio di variazioni sulntema (un suono più spinto e un con bassi più in evidenza rispetto allo standard), non ha praticamente rumore di fondo o fruscii, fa perfettamente il suo mestiere, costa pochissimo, arriva già con un velcro a misura che si può aggiungere, non si può chiedere di più

Un must have pour ce prix. Je possède plusieurs pédales « boutique » et je pense honnêtement qu’on ne peut pas avoir mieux pour ce tarif. De plus les différences entre les 3 choix sont - pour une fois - vraiment marquées et utiles en fonction du reste de votre configuration. Bien joué Sonicake.
