Q: Red coloured whole car body polymer mask sheeting

The product I have is clear, not red. However, I'm delighted with the product itself. Easy to unfold and use, it covers the whole car. I use spring loaded clothes pins on the ends to hold it down. It's really a inexpensive way to keep your car clean while sitting in the garage.

Q: Is this thick enough to use for an adult slip and slide?

I don't know what an adult slip and slide is...... But, this material is very, very thin. I use it to cover my collector car, for which there is no car cover available. I just toss it when I go to use the vehicle. I don't believe it will take much adult fun with lubrication or without.

Q: Can this be used to protect fresh clearcoat from over spray? if so, how long must one wait for the clearcoat to cure?

I don’t know that it would use it on fresh clearcoat until it is COMPLETELY dry. Thus stuff works great for its intended purpose but it is somewhat like cling wrap so imagine what that would do to fresh clearcoat.
