It has a nice flavor, and softer to chew then others. My hair is thinning and my nails always can use a boost. The price is good too. Hard to really tell but I'm thinking positive. Am purchasing another bottle😀 must remember to chew then lots to get the most benefit!

Just bought these, and am waiting for results. As for the product itself, the gummy's are very good tasting blueberry, and they are a soft gummy that will even melt in your mouth if you don't want to chew. No upset stomach, but make sure to eat with food! Great price!

These taste good, are a good value, and I can see a little hair and nail improvement after the first month of using them. I use a lot of gummy supplements as they are easier to digest (and kind of feel like a little diet cheat!) and these are good ones, especially with both collagen and biotin.
