Great Value & Plain Flavor ( for those picky eaters, kids etc. Vegetarian Suitable and also perfect for whoever can’t tolerate strong meaty taste. Very quick cooking as-is OR you can add in diced onion & tomato for more filling meal.

Same taste, same convince as what you can get in the store, but I couldn't find it anymore. Now I have a 2or3 year supply to a great price!

I like mostly Top Ramen best

I love the oriental flavoring. It has umami, salt and spices that are flavorful but not hot. It is one of the few that are vegan. I can never find them in our local stores so I was so grateful to be able to find them by the case here. These allow me flexibility to add my own additions or even just to use the noodles for my own oriental recipes.

I really like this flavor. It's mild and distinctly different from others.

My favorite favor of ramen. Unfortunately, it's usually twice the price or more than the chicken flavor so I rarely can afford it.

There are better and healthier options for ramen noodles out there, but these noodles have the nostalgic bouncy texture I remember as a kid and I often prefer when eating ramen. For vegetarians, Nissin does not include chicken or beef powder in their "vegetarian" options, such as the chili and soy sauce flavors, which makes them good options if that is important to you. Maruchan strangely adds chicken powder, beef extract or beef fat to their soy sauce, cheddar cheese and chili flavors, which will exclude a lot of vegetarians and vegans out there. I am mostly plant-based but will occasionally eat items with animal products. I cannot definitively say the Maruchan actually tastes that much better than the Nissin without the animal products, so I prefer Nissin for this reason.

The sodium is high based on the say sauce.
